Participate in an Alzheimer’s Research Study
If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, consider participating in a clinical research study.
Participants receive a high standard of care, and health insurance is not necessary to participate. Patients who qualify for our clinical trials receive all study-related care and treatment at no cost. In some cases, you may be compensated for your time and travel. You may even gain access to research treatments before they become widely available.
JNJ 63733657 Study: Early Alzheimer’s Disease
This study is designed for patients ages 55 to 75 years of age who met the criteria for Early Alzheimer’s Disease. This Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Parallel-group, Multicenter Study with a Long-Term Extension Treatment Period to assess the efficacy and safety of JNJ63733657 an Anti-tau Monoclonal Antibody, in participants with Early Alzheimer’s Disease. Study medication will be administered intramuscular (IM). Patients will be evaluated initially to confirm the presence of Amyloid by blood samples, if positive then the confirmation of Tau in the brain will be determined by obtaining a Tau PET scan. There is no charge for evaluation and treatment, and there is compensation to assist with time and travel.
MapLight Study
This study is designed for patients ages 55 to 90 years who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and are experiencing hallucinations and / or delusions for at least 2 months before screening visit, also known as Alzheimer’s disease Psychosis. It is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the safety and effectiveness of ML-007C-MA. Study medication is administered orally. Participants are treated for approximately 7 weeks, during which the study assesses improvement in hallucinations and delusions as well as overall safety and tolerability.
